I loved this backpack, my kitten has already been entering alone. Is very comfortable.

Exceeded expectations. It comes with a plastic wrap covering the window and it’s a little difficult to peel off, but prevented it from getting scratched up during shipping. It was shipped in a bag so I was worried it would be damaged but it’s in perfect condition. It’s roomier than it looks and has two pockets and two entrances. The bottom also opens up. I was worried it wouldn’t hold its shape but it does very well. It also has buckles for the straps so it stays secure when you wear it. Highly recommended.

The backpacks look great. It is ideal for my birds although being original cat I have had to adapt a stick. The material is consistent and does not bend but in turn is light and easy to wear on the back. Seems pretty safe. It comes with a removable tray on the base that can be cleaned when removed and allows you to fold the backpack without taking up practically space
I am very upset because I requested that they postpone the shipment and they ignored even though they contacted the seller by email and chat. I was on a trip and had to spend the trip contacting carriers to manage the delivery and finally I was able to do it through a neighbor, all because they ignored me in extending the delivery
